Building type

The Moeve Tower, designed by architect Norman Foster, rises to 250 m, making it one of Madrid’s most distinctive office skyscrapers.

The building comprises 34 office floors, five basement levels and an underground car park for 1,150 vehicles, together with a large open-plan entrance hall and a suspended 250-seat auditorium.

Its structural concept is based on two reinforced concrete cores positioned 30.8 m apart and connected by large steel trusses, creating the tower’s distinctive architectural profile. The design combines large open-plan office floors with integrated technical levels housed within the structural system.
