The new Banco Popular headquarters comprises over 123,000 m² of office and service space, forming a corporate campus made up of four interconnected buildings set upon a common structure that occupies the entire site.

The complex is organized into four office modules, each with six stories above ground and four underground levels dedicated to parking, access points, and security control. All the buildings are connected both below ground and at roof level, creating a unified aesthetic and offering high functional flexibility for the various workspaces and amenities.

One of the project's most distinctive features is the large metal crowning structure that links the various blocks via trusses and structural bridges. These trusses not only connect the buildings but also allow for the suspension of sections of the upper floor slabs, providing a structural and architectural solution that defines the complex.

Constructing the connecting bridges was one of the project's major challenges. Lifting them into place using hydraulic jacks required high-precision operations due to spatial constraints and the logistical complexity of the build.

The structure combines reinforced concrete, composite columns, and metal façade elements. Concrete cores housing vertical circulation serve as the primary lateral-load-resisting elements, while the office floors utilize long-span post-tensioned slabs to create open, flexible workspaces.
