The Salt and Potash Terminal at the Port of Barcelona provides more than 80,000 m² of logistics infrastructure dedicated to the unloading, storage and export of salt and potash products through maritime, rail and road transport.

The development includes two large storage warehouses measuring 240 x 50 m and 150 x 66 m, together with a screening building, conveyor rack, rail and truck unloading facilities, workshops, offices and supporting operational buildings.

The project also incorporated the associated rail and road infrastructure required for terminal operations, integrating mechanised material-handling systems connected to storage and shipping areas.

The facility is primarily constructed using structural steel and long-span self-supporting roofs designed to meet the operational requirements of a bulk materials port terminal.
