Crystal Tower

Madrid, Spain

Designed by César Pelli, the Glass Tower rises to 249 m, making it one of the tallest skyscrapers in Spain. The building comprises 49 office floors, five technical levels and six basement floors occupying the entire site footprint, integrating workspaces, services and parking facilities within a single high-rise development.

Telefónica's Communications City

Madrid, Spain

This 2,000,000 ft² office complex is used by 14,000 employees. The project was divided into four areas, each extending from the corners of the plot. Each area comprises of three buildings, a 10-story detached building located at the corner, two 5-story buildings tied together by a large canopy, and a two level underground parking.

Columbus Towers

Expansion of the Prado Museum

The Prado Museum Expansion, designed by architect Rafael Moneo, enhanced one of the world's leading art museums through the creation of new exhibition areas, conservation facilities and visitor services.
