The Puerta de Hierro University Hospital, with 923 beds, is one of Spain’s leading healthcare facilities, combining clinical care, medical research and academic activity within a single campus.

Delivered under a concession model, the project incorporates inpatient facilities, outpatient services, diagnostic imaging, radiotherapy, research areas and teaching spaces across a large-scale healthcare complex.




The development included the extensive use of industrialised construction solutions, including prefabricated bathrooms, prefabricated lift cores and DRAGADOS patented Hussor table formwork system
