The project developed in El Prat de Llobregat (Barcelona) involved the urban development of a 1,625,174sqft plot and the construction of a highly automated logistics complex, comprising two main warehouse and office buildings, together with ancillary structures and security control facilities.

The pavement over the slab provides high flatness performance, essential to ensure the efficient operation of automated robotic systems for goods handling. Facade enclosures consist of precast concrete panels up to a height of 13.12 ft, with the upper sections completed using aluminum sandwich panels on a secondary steel structure. The roof is a lightweight deck-type system.
External works include parking facilities for 1,400 passenger vehicles, a pre-loading area with 21 truck parking spaces, and an additional secure parking area for 52 trucks within the controlled perimeter of the site.

The project has been designed and constructed in accordance with the highest sustainability standards, achieving BREEAM Excellent certification.
In addition to this logistics facility in Barcelona, DRAGADOS has delivered other logistics centers for the same client in Seville, Murcia, Zaragoza, and Oviedo, further consolidating its experience in the development of advanced logistics infrastructures.
