Designed by César Pelli, the Glass Tower rises to 249 m, making it one of the tallest skyscrapers in Spain.
The building comprises 49 office floors, five technical levels and six basement floors occupying the entire site footprint, integrating workspaces, services and parking facilities within a single high-rise development.
Its structural stability is provided by a reinforced concrete central core acting as the primary resistance system against horizontal loads, complemented by composite columns and a steel structure that enables large office floorplates.
The project incorporated advanced construction solutions, including the use of high-strength self-compacting concrete in structural columns and specialised construction systems developed for one of Madrid’s most complex high-rise projects.
