Enciso Dam, located on the Cidacos River, creates a 47 hm³ reservoir designed to regulate water resources and supply irrigation to the Cidacos agricultural area.

It is a straight-axis gravity dam constructed in Roller-Compacted Concrete (RCC), with a maximum height of 103 m and a crest length of 375 m. The structure was executed using the Vibrated Roller-Compacted Concrete (RCCV) technique. The crest width is 8 m.

The upstream face is vertical, while the downstream face is stepped, forming a theoretical slope of 0.8H:1V, with 1.20 m-high steps.
A total of 698,000 m³ of RCC was placed in the dam body. In addition, 67,000 m³ of conventional vibrated concrete were used in specific elements such as foundation leveling, spillway structures, bottom outlets and intake works.
