The Improvements to the Miami Airport Terminal project was carried out for Miami Dade County. The works comprised the general construction and refurbishment of the existing airport terminal building, structured into two independent work packages.

Orlando International Airport | Terminal C – Phase 1X. Airside and Apron Works

The project comprises the expansion of aircraft aprons and taxiway infrastructure associated with Terminal C, together with the construction of new airside facilities and operational support buildings.

La Palma Airport | New Terminal Area and Control Tower

The scope of the works comprised the construction of a new passenger terminal building, whose demolition was excluded from the contract. The project also included the construction of a new air traffic control tower integrated into the terminal complex, while enabling an increase in aircraft apron capacity. The new terminal building, rectangular in plan, is arranged over a total of nine levels. Levels 0 and 1 are dedicated to passenger operations, while the underground levels accommodate parking areas and airport operational spaces.

Madrid Barajas Airport | Runway 18R 36L

Madrid, Spain

Runway 18R 36L at Madrid Barajas Airport, with a total length of 4,440 m and a width of 75 m, represents a key infrastructure developed as part of the expansion of the airport's airside operational area.

Adaptation of the Ibiza Airport Terminal building

Ibiza, Spain

The project involves the comprehensive renovation and expansion of the terminal building at Ibiza Airport, adapting the facility to a new functional layout and projected capacity requirements. The works extend the terminal along the landside façade (+33 ft) and at its northeastern (+230 ft) and southwestern (+164 ft) ends. The project reorganizes access routes, passenger boarding bridges, lounges, and airport services to enhance operational efficiency and the passenger experience.

New Terminal Gibraltar International Airport

Gibraltar, United Kingdom

The works, commissioned by the Government of Gibraltar, involved the construction of a new passenger terminal at Gibraltar Airport, together with the expansion of the aircraft ramp, aircraft stand areas, and the associated customs and logistics facilities. The project also included a new roadway for vehicular access, provisional hangar facilities, and new cargo handling and airport vehicle installations, all carried out while maintaining the existing airport fully operational throughout the construction works.

Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport | Expansion and Refurbishment

Santiago, Chile

The expansion and refurbishment of Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport involved an increase of 70,600 m² to the existing terminal, reaching an overall area of approximately 97,500 m², together with a comprehensive upgrade of airport infrastructure.
